Jennifer M. Ahlfeld manages our litigation department and has extensive experience in the area of personal injury and medical malpractice. Mrs. Ahlfeld has dedicated her entire career to the representation of victims of all types of serious injuries, including car accidents, slip and falls, and medical negligence. She has achieved millions of dollars in recoveries for injured persons and their families outside the Courtroom and has successfully litigated and obtained multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts in the Courtroom.  Her reputation amongst the community and judiciary is exemplary. She is well known for her strong trial skills and tough settlement stance. She will not back down to insurance companies or defense lawyer tactics. She will fight for justice for each and every one of her clients and ensure that they are properly compensated for their injuries.

Mrs. Ahlfeld is a graduate of Hofstra University, School of Law and of St. John’s University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is a member of New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member in good standing in the New York State Courts and in the United States Eastern and Southern District of New York
